Came in good condition but the tracking was broken so didn’t know when it was coming.

Everything arrived perfectly! The albums were well packaged with bubble wrap and arrived swiftly. These were the best prices I could find in the UK!

Arrived quickly, well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. Reasonable shipping prices and product prices overall. My photocards arrived in penny sleeves and a top loader. One downside is I think this shop is quite slow with preorders.

The best Kpop shop on the UK! I have been ordering for Kstars for a while and have never been disappointed. The customer care is always amazing, prices are reasonable and the have so much stock/merch you can’t get anywhere else in the UK.

Today I received 1 album in my order as a different version from the one ordered. The team informed me they had sent out the correct album and the other version I can keep for free. That was so generous and kind of them. Thank you Kstars 💕

Not recommend; item with scratches, too small; not worth the price and take for ever to deliver. The only positive thing is that when it's turn on it looks pretty.

This company is crap haven't even got an tracking that is valid after 15 days and it was supposed to be 5 to 15 days for delivery and still nothing once they have your money they will give you a run around if you get a response at all. No wonder my debt card will not allow me to order directly from them will be the last time I order any thing from any where over there crooks. We will see if I ever receive it to be continued

WHERE CAN I WRITE A REVIEW!!! Definitely not as the picture:( it’s not even GLASS!!! False advertising asf!!!! I waited two weeks and I have scratches all over my custom “mirror” yet it’s freaking PLASTIC:((((( it’s CRAP for what I paid i mean even glue is all over the place just sloppy!! I paid 60 damn near 70$ for a PLASTIC MIRROR????????!??

Love k Stars, I've got so many albums from them as well as 5 lightsticks and I check here first for any kpop merch I want

We had been looking for an Ateez lightstick everywhere and found KStars! They answered my query really quickly. Order placed, confirmed and shipped within days. Received it today in the post safely packaged so even the lightstick box was immaculate.
