Great advice

Stephen is a mine of information and helped me to choose exactly the right scope and equipment for my needs. With this level of service, KTEC is the ONLY place to buy astronomy equipment in Ireland.

The rapid delivery service

The rapid delivery service was brilliant. Only 2 days ordered & I received the delivery.
I got the telescopes for Christmas presents, so far I have not opened the boxes. But hopefully all will be ok.
I think the chatline could be a bit more friendly in replying to prospective customers.

Has never let me down.

I’ve been buying bits and pieces from Ktec for a few years now. I genuinely don’t have a bad thing to say. Up until recently, it was mostly small items. But I ordered an EQ6 head and tripod. I ordered it on Saturday. Had it at my door on Tuesday. It’s great to have a dedicated, Irish based astronomy supplier. Absolutely no fuss from Stephen and his team.

I collected telescope last week but…

I collected telescope last week but only complaint I have is you did not tell me I had to collect it from a storage company, with the result I was driving around for ages looking for a sign for Ktec! Apart from that I was happy package was ready for collection as soon as I ordered
