Buyer’s beware

Buyer’s beware, I think this company, KTF Scooter parts, may sell all the stuff that other retailers have refused to accept as saleable stock. I had the cause to complain about the condition of a Lambretta body panel, which was absolutely misshaped, dents and dings all over and a large area of coarse grinding marks. The owner refuses to take any responsibility for the item’s he sell’s, offering the unbelievably stupid response, ‘I can see it’s not perfect, but I didn’t make the panels’
He even has the audacity to offer free shipping, but with no insurance. Another option is to pay an extra charge of £30-£40 for full insurance cover on parts costing £450.00…and his lame response this time is, ‘we’ve never had any problems before’…I think this guy doesn’t understand the concept of insurance.
Better off going to one of the more established retailers like Cambridge Lambretta, MB Developments, DiscoDez or Scootopia.
In summary: Low grade parts by a Low grade company.
