dont buy from this shop! I bought two nose rings from them, the first one was okay but the size fits, so I asked them to make another one same size with the first one. and the second one's size is completely off. I have photos to prove, and they said no matter what I will need to pay for return postage and postage to send a new one or return for refund, which means the postage to return and restock fee. I just wondered, they made mistakes and want me to pay for their mistakes? the size of second nose ring is enough for conch and even too loose for conch, the size is so much bigger. they showed me a photo that they measured but they did not measure the height as width and height are different. I spent 200usd and waited 2 months for nothing. I can provide more screenshots of the nose rings and our conversations if anyone is interested, message me on facebook. Also if there's any problem you would need to pay fees and the customer will need to provide all measurements for another nose ring, I would like to point out that using a ruler cannot measure correctly so you will not be able to provide the exact measurements for a replacement. The second nose ring is custom made.
