I had funds removed from my crypto…

I had funds removed from my crypto account and couldn’t get my withdrawal processed. Support constantly ignored me. Jᴅínfσs took my case seriously and handled the entire recovery. They returned all my money to my bank account. Their help came at a time when I felt hopeless.

Frozen account & funds frozen with no response

My account is completely KYC verified. My passport was about to expire in 2 months, they sent me an email to update a new document. Within 48 hours the account was frozen. It takes a few weeks to renew a passport. I renewed the passport, submitted it but now the account is in compliance department. It's been 5 weeks. All they do is reply to my emails with 'thank you for being patient'. It doesn't go anywhere. We're talking about over $200,000 being held there. Who gives them the right to hold my funds? Release my funds and check whatever you want. why do you need to hold my funds for?

I think this app is harboring scammers…

I think this app is harboring scammers in their P2P.

After I made payment, the seller don't want to release.. he sent link asking for another with my ID outside Kucoin..and Kucoin allowed him. He received payment but refused to release coin. He was asked to send back the funds he agreed but refused to send it.. during the transaction the bank said that he is flagged as a scammer.

Customer Service are so complacent and slow.. they are just allowing a lot of frauds there..

⚠️ Funds Locked, Withdrawals Blocked – Terrible Support

I have been depositing and making transactions on KuCoin for some time, but when I tried to withdraw my funds they repeatedly asked me to verify my bank account by depositing money. I did that, yet they kept asking again and again. Support was completely unhelpful and just copied the same replies without resolving anything.

At this point my funds are effectively locked and I can’t access them. After this experience, I cannot recommend KuCoin to anyone. A platform that makes deposits easy but withdrawals impossible should not be trusted.

This exchange is a shame, money from my account was stolen twice from this exchange, use any exchange but not KUCOIN STOP, If you want to stay with money in your wallet that you work behind their back, they have no security, you can log in to your iricine account and in the application you can't see if anyone has logged in or not, and so you are left with a mess, they direct you to go to the police, but they know quite well that once money is stolen it can't be recovered, no guarantee and no well-established system, kucoi should remember at least 3 ips that you log in from and when the 4th appears your account should be immediately blocked or called just to confirm that it's you or not.. they are weak on the security side, if you want to be rich, NOT KUCOIN

Repeated Poor Customer Support

Repeated Poor Customer Support, No Follow-up, No Resolution, No Accountability

Review:
I want to share my honest experience regarding two separate interactions with this company’s customer support, both of which were deeply disappointing.

In the first situation, I reached out with a concern and was told my case would be forwarded to another department. I was assured I would receive a reply, yet I never heard back. No follow-up, no clarification, no resolution. I waited patiently, thinking maybe they needed time, but days passed, and there was total silence.

Then came the second situation. Again, I contacted support and again I received the same scripted response: “we will get back to you.” But just like before, nothing. No update. No acknowledgement. No sense of responsibility. It genuinely felt like support just dismissed the issue and moved on, leaving the user hanging.

What concerns me most is not the delay, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability. If a company promises follow-up, and on TWO occasions simply disappears afterward, it shows a serious problem in how they treat customers.

At this point, I have lost trust in their support process. A customer should not have to chase answers for days or feel ignored. Respect for users means communication, even if it’s just a “we’re still working on it.”

I’m writing this review not out of anger, but to inform others about the pattern I experienced: automated reassurances, followed by silence. I genuinely hope this company reevaluates its approach to customer support, because right now, it’s not functioning at the level users deserve or expect.

PS. If i place an OCO order, i don't trust it will hold my back, so i will definitely use a different platform.

KuCoin has been an outstanding exchange…

KuCoin has been an outstanding exchange for my crypto journey, especially when it comes to maximizing my overall experience of trading and rewards distribution that makes my experience more enjoyable.

I have been trading in this platform from the beginning and the part was it's not minimum trading amount. Even, for some coin's you can trade with 0.1$. which is very helpful for small trades and beginnings. The KuCoin app is smooth so far but I have a suggestion for Ku team to improve it more.

I love to join every events or campaign that promoted by KuCoin. I never miss a payment and there was not much delay to receive my payment. Here I have a another suggestion for Ku team that try to improve something here.

So my overall experience is good so far and I hope KuCoin will continue there improvement. There is many people's here, who just faced a little problem which is common for crypto exchange, then came here to give bad review. Guys be aware of scammer and trust the process, KuCoin customer service is also good. Just submit a ticket regarding your issues. I hope your problem will solve as soon as possible.

Kucoin seems to be hacked, stay away

Kucoin seems to be hacked. I am getting very strange requests from their support office to give them data they already should have (so why would support ask for something they already have) and they blocked all withdrawals. Apparently Kucoin is no longer a trustworthy service (clearly). So avoid like the plague. They have all the characteristics of a criminal organization.

KuCoin Is Trying to Make Me Pay for Their Own Mistake!

1. KuCoin credited $6,745 to my trading account without my knowledge.
2. When I logged in, they restricted my withdrawals because my account supposedly contained funds that didn’t belong to me.
3. Unaware of this, I deposited $2,550 of my own crypto into the account.
4. I immediately contacted support. They explained that they had mistakenly sent me $6,745 in crypto and asked me to deposit $6,745 USDT so that my account could be unlocked.
5. I rejected this absurd proposal, but they insisted I give time and approval, which I provided.
6. Meanwhile, BTC prices dropped, my own legitimate assets lost value, and KuCoin still refuses to release my funds or compensate me.
7. Their repeated mistakes, lack of transparency, and failure to act have caused financial loss and stress, and I am now forced to share my experience publicly to warn others.

I am extremely concerned about this situation. Until my issue is transparently resolved, my losses are compensated, and I am fully informed about any other financial transactions involving my account, I will pursue this complaint through legal channels in all countries where KuCoin operates to ensure it serves as evidence and is properly addressed.

I was given a 50 usdt coupon to trade

I was given a 50 usdt coupon to trade, i made 50 usdt gains, but in order to withdraw the gains they say you must make 20k usdt gains within 5 days that the coupon is activated. This feels scummy and i will not use their platform ever again

locked for AML, 29 days and still counting

my $70,000 funds are locked for 29 days and still counting, i'm in big loss because i can't do trades nor withdrawal, 'DASH' falling from 140 to 65 and i can't do anything because trading is locked too. even if they release my funds after a week, i'm in a loss because i'm not able to do any trades, this is worst exchange i ever tried.

They will take money from you by misinforming you

Apparently, dutch people where not allowed to trade anymore on this platform for about half a year. They ‘forgot’ to tell me this, so I received an email that I had to withdraw all my assets and send the cash to my bank within 3 days or they would sell all my coins themselves. As I am from the netherlands, it had to be euros. So I had to convert all usdt to euros, but was not allowed to trade currency in the market anymore???? I could only do it via their ‘fast currency trading’ system on which they make a lot of money.

When I sold my coins, all of a sudden they ‘untrusted’ the same bank with which I made a lot of deposits and withdrawals before. Now the customer service tells me a whole other story, I cannot withdraw to my bank but have to sent usdc to another crypto platform, meaning I had to transfer eur back to usdc via THEIR FAST TRADING PLATFORM on which they make a lot of money again????? So they kept misinforming me and with this misinformation making money themselves.

After I talked to customer service multiple times, they keep sending me the same standard reply, not at all answering my questions. DON’T TRUST THIS SITE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

My SOL-BOT positions, valued at approximately 8,000 USD and configured with a trading range of 170–260 USD, were liquidated due to an anomalous SOL/USDT price drop on Kucoin's platform to 130 USD—triggering the stop-loss at 154 USD. This occurred while prices on major exchanges like Binance (minimum 174 USD) and Coinbase (minimum 172 USD) remained well above 170 USD. Scam, price manipulation, rip-off!
