My withdrawal has been pending for almost two weeks now and no reason is given for the delay. The agent keeps telling me same story every day.

Waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawal

Waiting over a month for my withdrawal. Still not got paid. Every week thay saying it should be by the end of next week. Joke !
"At the moment, your withdrawal is still being processed by the relevant team and has not yet been released. I’m sorry that I cannot give you an exact date for when the funds will arrive, as I don’t have a confirmed completion time from the payments team.

I have escalated your case again and requested urgent prioritisation due to the length of the delay. I appreciate that you want a clear answer, and I’m continuing to follow this closely until it is resolved."

"Apologies for the delayed withdrawal, the rest of your funds are still processing, but I just escalated it for you, it will be sent to you as soon as possible.""

No problems so far. Easy to set up, easy to withdraw, had a couple of issue with depositing money but that was due to my own bank. Reached out to customer service twice and had a reply and fix within minutes. Would recommend.

I really liked this platform to start…

I really liked this platform to start with — until things went wrong.
I had a trade open and tried to close it, but I was suddenly refused access to my account. I couldn’t trade or close the position at all. When I eventually regained access, my account balance was showing as negative.
I then deposited additional funds to clear the negative balance. Later, I received an email confirming they would clear the remaining minus, which they eventually did. However, this meant I lost:

The original money already in my account, and
The money I deposited to clear the negative balance.

An account manager emailed me and promised the negative balance would be resolved, which it was. But once I asked about recovering the money I lost due to being unable to access my account — and the funds I deposited — I was met with complete radio silence.
It has now been two weeks, despite sending several follow‑up emails. The phone number they originally contacted me from now appears to be blocked.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. What started as a platform I liked has turned into one I would strongly advise against using due to poor communication and lack of accountability once an issue arises.
Please do not use this platform.

money recieved after some time

My withdrawal with the id number 746943 is still partially pending after 1 month, I've deposited 550 euros and cashed out 922, the deposited amount of 550 was sent to me 2 days after the request but im still waiting the other part of 372 euros since 1 month and im giving 1 star for that

i changed to 5 stars due to money being recieved, they were honest to me and support was good

I used Kudotrade mainly for copy…

I used Kudotrade mainly for copy trading, following a trader I was already familiar with. The platform was easy to use and everything worked smoothly from the start.

When I decided to withdraw, the process was clear and straightforward. I received my funds within about 3 days, which is reasonable compared to many platforms I’ve used.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The platform did what I expected, and the successful withdrawal gave me confidence in using Kudotrade.

KudoTrade Withdrawal Speed and Spreads Review

Hi everyone, I'm going to be reviewing KudoTrade as I do with all brokers I use.

Verdict: 3 star review at the moment. This is due to waiting for a withdrawal and the higher spreads on xau/usd.

It will be a adjusted if my withdrawal is received this week within the stated time, so let's see. An update will be provided to showcase what has happened.

Withdrawal: TT17780758496923

Update:
Funds arrived on Friday before the end of the week within the described timeframe. Do note that this was a creditcard deposit refund and not a withdrawal to a bank account or via crypto. Those withdrawals still need to be tested.

Spreads on xau/usd are quite large so 4 stars for now. If after testing the normal withdrawals are fast and consistent as well, the review will be updated to 5 stars.
