Another full repayment of capital and interest. Been investing in Kuflink just over 6 years and to date all interest due has been paid with no capital losses and average return of 6.9% pa. Who could complain given where Bank of England Interest rates have been until recently?

We are proud to still hold the status of no investor losses to date, and will continue to do our utmost to retrieve full capital repayments for all.
Thanksfully not kicked down the road
Have seen a number of loans, extended, the repayment today, ends any kicking the repayment can down the road. Little option but to withdraw the capital and interest. P2P is a dead end a few platforms are worthy and Kuflink amongst them but there is one issue the rates are basically unchanged since the BoE Base Rate was at 0.1% now it's at 4.5%, rates are not enough relative to the risks. Risks are even higher, with higher rates, easy to see 30% drop in house prices wiping out the LTV. Not giving up on P2P, just reducing my exposure, and looking at the risk reward which has shifted considerably.

Great customer service, difficult times.
Kuflink are good at communication. Regularly monthly summary of all investments. Good website detailing existing portfolio, new offers and a secondary market where investors can buy sell loans that are in good condition.
Right now, with higher interest rates, borrowers are finding it harder to repay their loans on time so many of the loans in my portfolio are overdue and a couple are in receivership. I should emphasise that I have not lost any money. However new investors should be aware that the expected end date for an investment is not guaranteed so you must be prepared for delays in getting your investment back.

Steady Investment
I will continue to invest in Kufflink. I make a good return without losses. This is not easy to find anymore.

My wallet was refunded fully, including interest, when the loan was respaid and I was advised accordingly.

Amazing Service
Today is last day for I use the allowance at tax year 2022-2023 but I had many question during sign up my IF-ISA account. Lisa and instruction help me from 14:00 to 16:40. They are very friendly, helpful and keep to inform me the next step how to do. :)
