Don’t ever try to buy anything of them !!!

I had spends £450!!! No scooter !!!! Noir even they can tell me what it’s going on !!! They are blaming FedEx where scooter wasn’t dispatched at all from them ! Disgrace !!!!! I’m currently try to get my money back !

Don't buy kukirin products because they offer NO guarantee. The moment something breaks, you have to send an email, but no one will reply. The guarantee is a scam.I have tried contacting Kukirin several times by email and have also left messages on your voicemail, but NO ONE has returned my calls or emails.

You say you can't find my purchase, but I made it on the official Kukirin website. You're probably saying this because you don't want to honor your warranty.

Kukirin, You are truly dishonest people.

I bought an electric scooter and everything works with fast shipping, good support service and cheap prices. Can 100% recommend if you are considering buying a new electric scooter yourself

My son bought a scooter from Kukirin directly one month ago. The steering is no longer working (wheel gets stuck when trying to steer which could be deadly). We sent an email and they responded right away but then once we sent the video they asked for showing the issue, they dropped contact. We haven’t heard anything from them on how to fix it or how they will take care of it. My son spent all of his savings for the scooter and it’s too dangerous to drive.
(UPDATE - we were sent a piece to repair the scooter - but no tools to use to do so and no instructions on how to do it. considering this is the STEERING which could cause a crash at high speeds and seriously injure my son, I am not pleased. Clearlyly this is a common problem if they were able to send a "repair kit" but 1) I should not have to try to figure out how to fix this myself and 2) even if i was handy, instructions and tools are necessary - this is not just a screwdriver type repair).

The scooter and parts are not reliable and they take forever to ship anything because it all comes from china, no shipping or tracking updates 9 business days after placing order. Now I have to wait almost 2 months for a part I need to ride my scooter. I wouldn't recommend this brand and I won't buy another scooter from them, they are cheaper for a reason as these parts don't even last a year and a half. Im really upset and pissed off.

I yet have to buy a G4 but I’m still scared of getting scammed

I have no idea what all the fuss is about Great purchase came in 2 days and is in perfect condition I will definitely be ordering again and I would highly recommend ordering from here rather than a fake website.

I placed an order for break pads through the company’s official website. The package was sent, but lost by UPS during transport. UPS confirmed that the package was lost by them but requested a complaint directly from Kukirin. It has now been about 7 weeks since my order and still no break pads or money in return.

I would like to praise the customer support team, whom I contacted regarding an incorrectly processed order.

They replied to my email very quickly, were extremely polite, and everything was resolved within a few days.

Bought a Kukirin G2 for my son for Christmas so it’s 4 month old yesterday the front wheel has come off! On inspection there has been structural failure and looks like the frame has snapped! Good job he was made to wear a helmet as a few cuts & bruises will heal. I’ve tried contacting email addresses etc but had no reply at all! £400 scooter now looking like it’s completely no use and an upset boy who is gutted what’s happened to his Christmas present. Hopefully this can get resolved but I’m not confident at all!

I’m honestly really disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience with Kukirin.

The scooter arrived faulty straight out of the box, which is bad enough.

Instead of offering a refund for a broken product, I was told they would send a replacement motor. I then had to pay £20 for delivery of this part, which is ridiculous considering the scooter arrived defective in the first place.

After waiting another two weeks, the motor finally arrived. I was told I’d be sent a video showing how to install it, as it’s not a simple repair — but that video never came. It’s now been over a week and a half since I received the part, and I’m still left with a scooter I can’t use.

So at this point, I’ve paid for a product that arrived broken, paid extra to receive a replacement part, and still don’t have a working scooter.

Really poor experience from start to finish — both product quality and customer service need serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Please read before ordering. This company and their customer service is shocking. I ordered a scooter, lock and bag from this company totalling just under £500. After being messed about by fedex (the company they choose to deliver the items) for 3 days I ended up having to go to the depot myself to try and trace the scooter. I had a very disappointed son because I thd scooter hadnt been received in time for his birthday. Then kurkirin only delivered the scooter not the bag or lock. These cost £50 to add on to the order. I have emailed the customer support several times, replied to emails they have sent and had no reply whatsoever. Not e en an acknowledgement that they have received my emails. This company LIES! They state that they will respond to emails within 24 hours- they dont!They state on their website that they have 4.5 stars on trust pilot - they dont! Scooter is supposed to come with a 12 month warranty, how this is supposed to work when they dont respond to emails is beyond me. This will be another lie. Buy your scooter from PURE or IENYRUD.

i dont know why there is so much hate but i bought a kukirin g2 everything was perfect got 2000km no problems just the brakes after the 2000km i sold it and bought a kukirin g2 max everything is perfect i even won a bag and they puttet it in the box i like kukirin and i will buy there for ever
