I bought a bag less than a year ago. The first strap broke after 3 months of use, I only use it for light travel to and from work. A couple of months later and the piece of rope you would use to hang the bag up broke. After months of using just the one strap, that too has just broke. Love the ethics, the actual paper bag itself has lasted well, shame about the terrible quality in straps which basically makes the bag unusable...

I was delighted to come across an ethical bag company with exactly the kind of bag I was looking for at a reasonable price.
