Dirty chinos delivered, you would expect clean if you buy them new
Ordered Meyer New York blue chinos and arrived dirty. So dirty that the white pocket lining was actually brown, not even yellowish. I will try to clean them as there's no stock available at all, if I don't succeed, it was a waste of money. Could have been informed in advance that it was the last pair and it was something wrong with them, as they were heavily discounted.

Hello, sorry to hear that there was an issue with the pocket lining, the trousers were heavily reduced as they were in stock for some time, it shouldn't have caused any discolouring though.. I will raise this with the stockroom, they check all products but it is unlikely they opened up the pockets during dispatch.

I'd never heard of this company before, but their prices were very good, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. They were very helpful when I queried something with them, even to the extent of sending me a photo.
Good service is often hard to find these days, but this company certainly provides it. I will undoubtedly use them again, and would thoroughly recommend.
