Ordered a watch and it never arrived and they never gave a refund

Topservice!! After multiple repair sessions of my M79 automatic watch they agreed to sent me a new one. Good communication also from Finland to the Netherlands, very friendly and committed to high quality standards that is very rare these days. My compliments!

Leider warte ich seit 6 Wochen auf mein Paket. Zustellung sollte ursprünglich vor Weihnachten erfolgen (Weihnachtsgeschenk), dies hat leider ebenso nicht geklappt.
Kundenservice (auf English) kann auch nicht wirklich helfen, da Paket verloren scheint und ich immer nur Info bekomme, dass Erstattung erst erfolgt, wenn Paket Retoure geht. Schlichtweg eine Katastrophe, rate stark ab!

Unfortunately, I have been waiting 6 weeks for my parcel. Delivery was originally supposed to take place before Christmas (Christmas present), but unfortunately this didn't work out either.
Customer service (in English) can't really help either, as the parcel seems to be lost and I only ever get information that a refund will only be made when the parcel is returned. Quite simply a disaster, NO RECOMMENDATION

Perfect very fast delivery. Order received in 4 days for France. 100% recommended.

I ordered a Seiko watch online to Germany, tracking for the delivery worked well and everything was packaged nicely.
The guarantee card was also done by them. I can recommend this store

I ordered 2 watches within a few days timespan. I received both watches fairly quick and since both of them were bigger than I had thought I returned both once at a time. A return slip was included in the boxes so I could easily fill them in and return the packages. the money was refunded to my card a couple of days after they had received the returns. In other words the service was smooth and excellent. The products were according to description but I had to wear them to realise they were not suitable for me. On another webpage Uret.se you have to pay 76 sek to get a return slip, something that was free at Kulta-center.

Ordered a watch but they cancelled the order. They did not even bother to email me and let me know that they cancelled the order or why they did that. I found out through my klarna that my purchase is cancelled.

I do not recommend this site. They do not bother themselves about their customers. Happy that I did not buy the watch from them as this event shown how awful experience was awaiting me if I needed their support.
