My order was cancelled without much reason as to why. I had previously ordered from Kuma before so for this to have happened was baffling.

Over a month items never shipped. Was told that they would refund only after I reached out to them

Love the stickers I ordered and super happy with the service. The notebook is gorgeous too and I love the unique whale design!

Not the first time I ordered from them but it is the first time I had a small issue with the delivery! But when I reached out they handled it so well and my package was resent ASAP and arrived quickly! They were kind, professional and efficient! And of course, as with all my orders, the products were perfection and wonderful!

I loved every single item that I bought. Prefect for my bullet journal as well as my chaos journal! Will be buying again!

I bought several journaling products from Kuma. They shipped quickly. Several items shipped separately so I got each as quickly as possible. The product quality is good. I have been using the journal and stickers all month and plan to use them all this year.

The website is easy to use, the products are beautiful and shipping is tracked very well.

Was hoping the quality would be better than a LEUCHTTURM1917 given the price of the Journal. It is kind of overpriced.

Great customer service.
But... My stuff was sent in two parts, and the first went great, but the second took MUCH longer to arrive. It also got lost in tracking, and I was nervous that it would arrive at all. But it did, and costumer service was nice to answer all my questions, and assure me I would be compensated if it went wrong.

So this was my first time buying something from kuma stationary and crafts it was actually great. At first my items came separately and I thought they forgot the other item, it ended up coming later they separated my purchase on separate packages which it wasnt bad at all. It got me nervous at first but everything came safe and sound right before christmas since I bought them going to christmas. Ready to be wrapped and put under the tree.

Ordered holiday cards and washi tape from KUMA and they look gorgeous! It is a great value for the price and quality of stationary, and I look forward to ordering more in the future!

The bulletjournals they provide are so beautiful and so well designed! They also show how much they care about their products and customer satisfaction from the way everything was packaged and delivered. I would 100% recommend these bujos to anyone!

I love all your products. But the last 2 times I ordered I got a total refund a few days later and my order was cancelled. The first time I got the explanation that the order couldn't be delivered to my country (even though it says shipping worldwide on the website) and the second time I didn't even get an explanation for the refund. Please fix this, I want to order with you again :(
