Ordered hoodie in plenty of time for Christmas, got a confirmation email and an email from Evri to say they were expecting my parcel, then nothing. No delivery, no communication except one email that lied and said they were sending it out. I raised a dispute with my bank, and the company submitted 'evidence' of postage by sending postage receipts and order invoices from another customer. So now I know some poor other customer's email address, home address and phone number, along with their order details. Oddly enough they backed down when I pointed out this wasn't my order they were evidencing. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Thankfully PayPal refunded immediately. Do not use this site!

I ordered two hoodies in December, they still haven't sent them and they're not responding to messages. Do not buy.

I was so exited to order some really cool designed shirts and hoodies I spent £80 on a few items.
I didn’t get a confirmation email until after a few days and ordered it on the 5th of Jan. I still have not received any emails after contacting them multiple times - I managed to get a refund!

I would give this a zero if I could. Pay by PayPal as they give you the money back if the item inevitably doesn't arrive

I ordered a hoodie on 19th January and it’s still not arrived. I haven’t received any news either and I’ve tried contacting them but I haven’t got a reply. Furthermore I can’t get a refund. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this store!

Ordered a Hoodie 18th January, 2026 - it's 30th January still no item delivered. I requested a Full Refund via PayPal and got my Refund immediately so AVOID AT ALL COST! DO NOT BUY! How is this business up and running? They need to be reported and taken down.

I ordered a hoodie for xmas expecting it to be delivered end of December, they took the money, I received a confirmation email (automated I expect) then I later received a shipment confirmation that it would be despatched shortly, I received the email from Evri saying they were expecting it ...everything seemed all good. Providing it was Christmas I allowed extra time but nothing has arrived Evri never received it. I have emailed 3 times and reached out on socials still no response. Looking at socials they haven't been active since 2024 and I can't be certain it is the same company but companies house have a Kunai as being dissolved July 2025. So based on the fulfillment email, which cannot be automated, has lead me to believe they are willingly taking peoples money without any intention of supplying the goods, as I am pretty sure the business cannot receive the funds until fulfilled. I reported the purchase to my bank for a refund, waiting to hear back. Definitely do NOT order anything from them!!!

Placed an order on 7th December for £90!!!!! Should have taken heed on the previous comments and experiences.
Order did not arrive on expected date and has yet to be received by the delivery company. Almost a month later. So poor and unprofessional. To exasperate the situation , there is 0 communication, no response from the website mail or actual email. Avoid . Avoid . Avoid.

Lovely hoodie and great quality. Only lost a star because took longer to arrive than stated on site ..2 weeks. But that may have been due to Christmas. Recommend company update their delivery time scale.
Would buy again.

Great quality product - unique designs and absolutely love it.

Product never arrived, courier doesn't seem to have received it at all, and the only word I've gotten was on the 25th, saying they were expecting the order. I've waited a week past its due delivery date and have had no updates or communication from the seller whatsoever. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Update: After I got PayPal involved and I was refunded, my product was shipped and delivered. It came out as I expected, but I still stand by my statement. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless their communication improves, considering nothing got done until I contacted PayPal.

Quality is great, hoodie came perfectly and size was all good. However, the shipping takes longer than expected so whatever date it says its coming it will probably come a week later than that.

So overall working the website was good but ignore any delivery times , i had a parcel to go email ontime but item wasnt delivered in estimated date. If they say delivery on 28th sept add a month as they are on slow boat delivery.

I contacted parcel2go who could only advise wasnt dropped off and all emails and contact us forms got no response from shop, i thought it was a scam but 2days go got notification from parcel2go dropped off and arrived 1 day later which was about a month after estimated delivery date.

Quality of product is very good with sharp print and fits as expected , overall happy with product 3stars for bad communication/after sales and delivery time.

Ordered 2 hoodies in April and they haven't arrived. I have emailed them a couple of times for an update but no reply. I can only assume it is a scam at this stage. Money was taken out for payment pretty much straight away. Would advice to avoid this website. I will happily amend my review if the products arrive!

Absolutely terrible. Bought hoodie from them over month ago. Parcel never shipped and no respond from customer service.

I ordered a hoodie over a month ago and they never shipped it out.

Also discovered that most of their designs are AI generated. Did a reverse image search.

Started the charge back procedure seeing I reached out to the company 6 times via different methods with no response. I am also looking into reporting them on the Shop App.
