Me too!!! ..as well
Got to bill me 2 x by MasterCard which I had to cancel because of this FRAUDULENT demand. 2 X 49,99 EUR.- Not only by KUNGMEDIA but another time by company called 247MEDIA...
My first impression was, that I have to pay for my KORG softsynth UPGRADE...which was already released some months ago. But NO!!!...lucky there were 2 x times the same numbers/ account/bill, what made me suspicious..( Yea I remember now a case they_(kungmedia) offered some sort of 'FREE MEAL' guaranteed that everything is going PROPER OFFICIAL INTERN.WAY /usual procedure -'FREE ACCOUNT'))..Unfortunately my bank didn't gave some understanding to my case, and I'll have to pay plus my MasterCard gets cancelled!! Not to mention that I live as a retired disabled person - cos' micro low pension - on a heavy hardship!! Regards ==>!!

Deduction of $69.10 from my Bank…

Deduction of $69.10 from my Bank account without my knowledge or permission.
On live chat i was told that i am a Member.
I had signed up for a free 5 day trial.
As i didn't choose a Subscription, it was a free 5 day trial.
They enlisted me as a Premium Member and took out $69.10.
When i denied this my account was cancelled and no refund as that is their policy.
3 months extension was then offered.
This does not include the $69.10 i paid for for a month.
Finally agreed that it was a 2 month extension and closed the live chat.
I requested this all to be put into writing and a email of the Chat Log emailed to me, never received anything.
To live chats and no emails sent.
A true scam and rip of.
The live chat people use company policy to fall back on for every argument and know nothing just lies.

Total scam: Minus 5 stars

Beware - claims to be a free movie site . You look at what's available & decide there's nothing worth watching and you don't use it at all, only to find that you have been transferred onto a monthly subscription for gaming, movies etc at a price of 50 dollars a month that you knew nothing about. Unless of course you'd had a magnifying glass to inspect some minute wording at the bottom of your introductory 0 dollar invoice. And before you're credit statement comes you then find you've paid two monthly subscriptions. I phoned them tonight to cancel immediately I noticed this. But I've no confidence it will be cancelled at all so I've also cancelled the credit card they have details of.
I'm furious with myself for being so stupid! They must have made a killing out of all the mugs like me.
