Hello Ledif, thanks for your review. You ordered a product with status "ready for dispatch in 2 - 5" working days, which means we have to reorder it from our supply (sometimes we need to reorder from another EU countrie, cause the bmx availbility is currently very difficult) then after you submitted the order, we send you an email where we confirmed that we will dispatch your order in arround 2 - 5 workdays, then we dispatch it on the 5 work day (a weekend was between) and it arrived arrived to in like 4 working days (a weekend was betwwen) to netherlands. All steps of shipping you can track from the DHL tracking code, all messages from us you find in your email inbox or in the account area. If you have question you can always write a email, instagram or call us. If you need parts faster, then please order parts which have the status: In stock ready for dispatch. Products with this status, we dispatch mostly on the same day. What did you miss or where should we send you more information? All the best Daniel

Buying from the U.S.
Buying the product from a different country was simple, the website was easy to navigate despite my limited German, the price was fair, the shipping was fast (price was reasonable too,) and the shop immediately sent my product over with no issues :) 10/10 experience

I got my order and manage to get a discount and some FREEBIES! YEAH! The very great experience is that I did manage to message the wrong fb page the (berlin) one instead of the fb page that handles the orders. I got a reply from the Berlin's fb page and Sir Thommy was very kind and accomodating. Thank you so much Kunstform, Sir Daniel, sir Sebastian and to Sir Thommy. Great people
These guys are great. Everything I ordered was in the box, they made sure it was shipped safe. It did take a little bit to get my package sense I’m in the USA, they told me it be 16 days after my parts arrived in there shop. Parts arrived in 14 days. I will definitely be ordering more parts in the future,
They also are very responsive to emails and and keep you posted with what’s going on with your order.
