I had originally wrote a review for this site 6mo ago, saying that I placed an order and the delay in shipping and response was so long, I was pretty sure I got scammed out of my money. They got back to me, apologized profusely and made up for it by sending my order (finally) and giving me a great discount on future orders. As long as I remove my original review.
Since then, it’s been fairly decent with the exception of the gifts that were supposed to be included in my orders due to my payment amount. They stopped showing up. Even after my discounts were over and I was back to paying full price, the tiered gifts they advertised based on purchase amount never were including this year. I also never received tracking numbers for these orders. When asked, I was told they didn’t make a screenshot.
A week and a half ago, I made another order and by Thursday, I began asking where my tracking number was. I was promptly told that I was getting my tracking number later that day. Still nothing. Monday, a week after placing my order, I ask again for the tracking number and include proof I paid for my order. Once again, I’m told I’ll get it that night. I ask if I can just get a refund instead and was told my order has been sent out.
I have not received my order. I have not received my tracking number. I have not received my refund. KupaGrass is a scam website. Do not shop here, despite the pricing program you see, you will not anything in return.
