I bought two prints that never was…
I bought two prints that never was delivered by UPS, since then i have e-mailed kuriosis twice regarding this case asking where my prints are. This is well over a month ago and i have not got a single response from them regarding any of the mails. So 80+ euro down the drain and no support when things go south. Hope to hear back from you.

Hi Tim, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. We have carefully checked our inbox and could not find any previous contact emails from you. Additionally, after reviewing the shipment details with UPS, the tracking indicates that the order was marked as delivered on November 27th last year. In many cases, parcels are handed to a neighbor or received by someone on behalf of the recipient.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. We will send a message to the email address used during your purchase so we can investigate this matter together and find a proper solution.
Be careful about the delivery option
We spent hours choosing the right art for our living room until we discovered during check out that they dont deliver to Czech republic, neighboring EU countrie, which also have full UPS services.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find the perfect pieces and then discover that delivery to the Czech Republic isn’t available. Unfortunately, shipping costs to that destination via UPS are currently very high, which is why we’re not able to offer delivery there at the moment. This isn’t a permanent decision, and we’re actively reviewing our shipping options so we can expand again in the future. Bad print quality - unlucky?
Bought a poster for my brother for Christmas, a large print of a Japanese Woodblock prints, but the print has no detail at all, and looks like a really low resolution up scaled image - leading to disappointing results - considering the reviews. Would love to discuss how to move forward with this

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the framing service selected was for a magnetic hanger, which does not include traditional framing. Since magnetic hangers don’t require an emolduring service, there was no frame to assemble. As soon as we noticed the misunderstanding, we refunded the framing service in full. We also tried to reach you several times by email to explain this, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. We’re always happy to help clarify options before or after ordering — just get in touch anytime.

In addition to lovely selection of prints on quality paper, I can't praise the Kuriosis customer service enough. They went out of their way to help me when I was having trouble with the return (I ordered the wrong size) and with the reordering of the prints. Highly recommended!
