They do not honor their refund guide.

I dont understand why its so hard to get a refund for a server. I asked for a refund and they did not honor their policy and now I have to dispute this with my bank if they dont end up giving me my money back.

Good & Bad.

Good fast support, speedy and low ping servers.

However I am not happy at all with the fact there is no unlimited bandwidth. Having to keep paying for more bandwidth makes me loose alot of profit.

Will be moving to another providor when I find one.

wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Im with kuroit since 2022, bought their first .UK location was running fantastically and stable, then they expanded, bought .NL from hostslick( who is trash provider by now) this location was constantly with problem, then .CH location who they migrated to a .DE location and open 2 US, who are by now very unstable, one was over 1 month without IPv6 connection, IPv6 subnets keep changing without notification.
support became very slow. so I cancelled all my 5 services with them and moved along.

not particularly happy with their support

i used to have a VPS with them. at some point in november even if i had autopay enabled via paypal, they disabled my vps (it was paid). i opened a ticket, requested refund, now that ticket is without a reply since the 24th of december despite 3 further messages and still don't have my money back.

Photowire has the same contact points

I went to try sending a postcard via Photowire - ended up with three pending transactions on my Barclaycard charged to Kuroit.Com and not able to leave a 'Contact with us' message platform.
On investigation it appears to have one director, a Puneet Kalra with various suspended Compulsory strike-offs.
I sent an email to both Kuroit.com and Photowire and received no answer so based on my experience - avoid dealing with either Kurfoit.com or photowire.

I am currently using services from several companies, and I must say that Kuroit’s VPS stands out for its quality. In particular, their support team has been exceptional—always available and ready to assist. They have always supported me well.

Stay away - not the hosting you want

Stay away, you can only judge the reviews here by people who really needed support or head an issue. The servers are slow. Keep going offline for 2-3 days with no notice. 0 support they can reaply in intervals of 3 days while servers are down. Just terrible! Quality of support is also very poor.

Kuroit offers decent setup and fast migration, with a reliable uptime. However, their customer support is disappointing and slow to respond when issues arise, leaving problems unresolved. While the service works for basic needs, high latency and limited options make it less ideal for more demanding tasks. An average experience overall. ***

Quick, Cheap, Some limits

I really cannot fault them, great prices, good resources, rapid customer support via web chat, server was available in the portal instantly, built in about 2 minutes with my image. A good company to go for,
EDIT: After using for a few hours i have found most VPS's on the lower end have low amounts of storage, and additional storage is very expensive even for small amounts limiting the VPS's practicality and expansion. My first encounter with support was great and really helpful, my latest encounter was really rude telling me "do not compare us to them" when discussing pricing for additional storage.

Excellent

I've been renting a VPS here since April 2023, and the experience has been excellent. I've contacted support three times, and each time they responded quickly and provided helpful assistance.

Great Service

I have recently started using this provider, and so far, everything has been going great. I had a few issues related to one of the VPS, but they were resolved in a reasonable time.

From a new customer's perspective, it has been very great service. As for how it will be in the long term, I will update after 3-4 months of usage.

Two stars are the

Two stars are the. VPS are fine but their aggressive payment demands are what’s wrong with them. Been waiting on a new card after getting my wallet stolen and my bill to them was due on the 18th. 19th I get an email about an over due invoice (fair) then notice they have charged me an extra £0.50… one day and being charged is insane then the service get suspended after 2 days… I have never ever had a tech company be so aggressive over an invoice. Normally it’s a weak Leeway to get your self together.
