Tracking created but product never shipped
I was really looking forward to trying this product, which makes this experience disappointing. I placed my order on November 12 and received a tracking number, but USPS never received the package. The tracking remained at “label created / pre-shipment” on November 21st and never updated.
I reached out multiple times through Instagram, text, and the contact form on the website but did not receive a response. USPS advised me to contact the merchant directly, which I attempted to do.
After waiting a reasonable amount of time with no communication or delivery, I disputed the charge with my bank. The dispute was resolved immediately and a permanent credit was issued, which I was informed can happen when similar non-delivery issues have occurred previously under the same business name.
I also noticed the website does not appear to allow customers to leave public reviews or constructive feedback, particularly when the experience is negative. This limits transparency and makes it difficult for customers to make informed decisions or for the brand to address areas of improvement. I can’t speak on the quality of the product itself since I never received it, but I hope future customers have better fulfillment, communication, and opportunities for open feedback.
