Having used Kurtinz in the past I decided to use them again to buy made to measure curtains and a matching Roman blind.
The curtains arrived and were absolutely fine. The blind arrived a couple of days later. It didn't fit and the winder was on the opposite side we requested it to be. I was asked to send the blind back and when it came back to me I was told the error had occurred because the blind had been made for an outside fit rather than recess. No apology for this error was given. I've now had the blind up for about three weeks and the winder is just spinning. I can't open the blind. I'm not sending it back again, I will see if I can get someone locally to sort it. So, unfortunately my review is poor based on this experience. I've paid a lot of money for rubbish and I won't be using Kurtinz again or recommending them to anyone.

I have ordered a number of items from Kurtinz.com over the past few weeks and they have been great value high quality products. Jason is very knowledgeable and always gets back to you promptly. I had issues with a colour match for 2 wooden curtain ends and a dent on a metal tie back and the problems were both resolved very quickly and efficiently with absolutely no stress. I highly recommend this company.
