I had an issue with the lair I received and I was thrilled there was a call in option, rather than just an email and chat. I’m old school and believe this level of customer service is far superior to the impersonal approach many companies have using emails. appreciated fast delivery; looks like good construction shoe. Disappointed no wider widths - this is the narrowest medium shoe I have ever put on and I have worn narrow shoes all my life, but still your medium pinched my toes. Good looking shoe. Customer service person courteous and friendly in explaining return process.

The representative was so kind and patient with me despite me being upset that I couldn’t get my QR Code. He resolved the issue calmly and I’m very happy, and he’s sending me a new pair of shoes to replace the ones that don’t fit.

Theses are the best shoes! I’ve been through Birkenstock, merrill1 and some others. I found KURU last year. Customer service is outstanding. I have 2 pairs and when I saw sandals I was really excited. Unfortunately, they did not fit properly. Return was so easy!

I have been wearing Kuru shoes for the past 6 years. I have dealt with Plantar Fasciitis and the relief was almost instantaneous. Why wear anything else?

This company ships your shoes right away, a few times I’ve gotten the wrong size and just send them back and get a new pair in the right size within a week or less.
Lots of choices to choose from.
When I call they explain everything to me and tell me about my points, you get points on top of buying your shoes and you get money off of shoes.
This is a great company with good arch support and long wearing shoes.
