I received my new shoes on Sunday. Today (Tuesday) I noticed one of the string loops had detached. I sent a text with pics, and the response was amazing...new pair of shoes are on the way.

An honest return policy
Video was helpful … I felt good about the product and my purchase. Unfortunately the fit just wasn’t right. I got a quick response and instructions for the return which I really appreciated having dealt with another company that advertised a similar return policy as KURU.

Kind Customer Service despite a Missed Sale
Spoke to a human when I called KURU. Nice. Received a definitive answer about whether or not the Tread model is offered in a “wide” (it’s not). Although I was cancelling an order, I was treated with appreciation:”Thanks for giving us a shot,” said Von, the KURU guru answering the phone on Friday morning, 5 June. What a kind way to close a missed sale.

They’re extremely comfortable and provide the great arch support I need. I’m able to stand and walk for hours and not be in pain. I’ll definitely buy more shoes from your company.
