I’m so happy I found this spot! Uyghur cuisine is a hidden treasure, and Küsan does a fantastic job with their hand-pulled noodles and flavorful spices. Everything tasted incredibly authentic—the lamb skewers were perfectly seasoned, and the portions were great. If you are looking to try something different and truly satisfying, this is the place to be."
