If there was a way to leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I do not recommend this company at all.
From the very beginning, the experience has been stressful, disappointing, and incredibly time-consuming. I was promised help setting up and managing my Google Guaranteed (Local Services Ads) and Facebook Ads — but after paying and waiting far too long, I’ve had almost nothing but delays, excuses, and lack of communication.
They constantly claimed things were being “escalated” to Google, yet a month passed with no real progress. Each time I asked for updates, I was told someone else was reviewing it or that they’d “followed up again.” It honestly felt like being passed from one person to another without anyone taking responsibility.
At one point I was told my profile was “fully compliant” and “everything had been done,” but still no results — no live profile, no leads, and no resolution. Then they asked for an additional management payment even though the situation hadn’t been fixed.
I even tried calling their 0203 number several times after checking their website, but no one ever answered or returned my calls. Every email or message seemed to go round in circles instead of actually solving the problem.
This whole process has caused serious stress and financial loss. I’ve had to take time away from my business to chase them for updates, and I’m still left with nothing working properly. What makes it worse is the lack of accountability — everything is blamed on Google or someone else.
In my opinion, their customer service is poor, their communication is unreliable, and the overall experience has been appalling. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company.
