I ordered a kit for my atv
I ordered a kit for my atv. Installed and noticed some pieces weren’t included and the paper it said it was optional. I was under the assumption it was full wrap kit. Also on website the atv picture has full kit on and didn’t notice the small description saying wasn’t full kit. Besides that the vinyl looks great. Just wish I had the whole thing. Also emailed about issue and still waiting for something back. Just want to know how to get the extra ?
Update. 3 email and no response.

I was surprised because it arrived so quickly that I didn't think it was ordered from France. I am very satisfied with the quality of the decals. However, it was a pity that some decals were bent. Also, the spray I ordered at the same time was canceled because it wouldn't fit on the plane, but how is the refund process going?

Not that good
The shipping time was good.
But the product is not that good.
I don‘t like the quality of the vinyl.
I wouldn‘t buy it again.
Kind regards

Reply from Kutvek Kit Graphik
Hello Alexander,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that your purchase did not meet your expectations.
The material we use for our motorcycle graphics kits is the same as that used for the Off-road. It may be thicker than some of our competitors, but it guarantees a long life and good protection for the bodywork.
Once again, we are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory.
Have a nice day
Jonathan from the Kutvek team
