Worth the Wait – Stunning Rings!

I am very happy with my order from Kuurth!
The rings arrived safely and are even more beautiful in real life than on the website. The quality feels great, the design is elegant, and everything was packaged very carefully.

Shipping took a bit of time, but the tracking updates were accurate and the package arrived exactly as promised. The whole process felt professional and trustworthy.

Overall, a great shopping experience with unique jewelry and reliable service. I would definitely recommend Kuurth and would order again without hesitation.

Refuse to answer emails, never shipped.

Ordered a piece a month ago. Absolutely no communication whatsoever and they refuse to respond to my emails. Item hasn't even shipped and I can't even request a refund. Very disappointed.

5/5 product quality

5/5 product quality. However, customer service could be better. Contacted them after the shipment was 3 days late. Took them 2 more weeks to get back to me. Felt like they weren't completely honest saying the delay was caused because the product was held at customs while the timeline showed that they created the order just 3 days before the supposed date of arrival.

Item was never delivered

Item wasn't even attempted to be delivered. There was hardly any shipping updates. Wouldnt give me a refund.
Terrible experience. Nice jewelry i guess.

Long wait times and not completely as advertised

I initially ordered the (Shirotama C Bracelet) September 10 and didn’t receive the order until sometime mid November. The order got lost in transit and another was sent. The replacement I received was not as advertised. The original had a foggy, almost pearl like tint to the beads. What I received were clear low quality beads within the metalwork.

During the time this was being resolved I also ordered the (Soul Grasp Ring) the ring itself wasn’t as nice as I was expecting and was more cluttered looking than the pictures showed. I won’t be getting anything else from here unfortunately. I don’t think the price is worth the product unfortunately. I really wanted to like this brand.

The delivery was delayed and the ring…

The delivery was delayed and the ring was thin and not worth the price. The pictures did not show the ring that I received in the mail,mine was way thinner and felt cheaper.

Perfect experience

Perfect experience

Love the intriguing designs, well worth the money. Even with a shipping delay (due to logistics) I was notified with status updates and made sure I had a way to contact if I had concerns.

The packaging is great and I can't wait to save up for my next piece.

Terrible customer service

I ordered 2 rings, the wrong size was sent for one of my rings so I just kindly asked for some sort of compensation so I could pay a jeweller to get it resized.

The first response took 19 days but I agreed on just taking a discount for my next order.

They gave a code that did not even work and I ended up having to wait another 2 weeks for them to say the code works despite sending proof it did not work the first time.

If you’re cool with being treated as a joke then buy away.

Order didn't come + no refund

Order didn't come, kuurth emailed me to say that my order wasn't coming due to stock issues and would refund me, they didn't. I emailed them about this, and didn't get a reply.
Had to get a refund through the bank I used.

Item tracking does not work

Item tracking does not work. Ring got lost in the mail and after emailing back and forth, received it and it did not look like the quality piece on website. Looked cheap and was silvery, not blackened silver. Will never order from here again-bad quality.
