Started on their automated system and was paying £100 a month. Started end of November-paid for the month in advance- the system was shut down second week in December for Christmas. Whilst the system was down I paid another £100 for another month. By the time the system was restarted I got 1 week of trades before been charged again. Then the robot went bad so they were having to switch brokers and no more trades would be place till this was done. Cancelled my subscription before another months could be taken. Helen BoyleAnd team were unsupportive. Do not touch
