I ordered an item on februar 6th. Later the same day the item was "shipped" and the payment charged. FedEx has never seen the package and customer support is unresponsive. I haven't heard anything for 2 weeks despite several attempts to contact them.

Fast delivery very good quality of jeans and the story behind the brand is another plus!

Great sustainable and fashionable clothing

The clothing is great, but I was disappointed it arrived in an unneccesary single use plastic bag. There's no need for this and plenty of other companies are showing how. I would've expected better from a company with such a focus on sustainability.

High quality clothes that fit the description, I feel and understand why the focus on denim, they really understand it.
It is also the best fit by far from all the organic clothes companies. Often I have the issue that pants look to trendy (e.g. baggy) to fit my fairly normal style. Not the case here, if it looks fine online, it really resembles what you'll get.

Lucy loose is a nice fit and I want to support the choice of the brand to act as a real sustainable pioneer in the fast fashion world.
I got a quick and useful feedback by e-mail on my question concerning the size. Unless good advice I didn't choose the best fitted size for me so I had to return. I have to admit it is not the quickest return process to exchange for another size but it is honest and it went well so no complaints on that.

I love this Jeans! The only thing I would improve is the size - I am very small and even length 30 is too long. I would be very happy, if this jeans would be on offer in length 28 ;-) but I will keep it anyway!

Great jeans, perfect fit, soft and comfortable. I ordered twice from here and I'm super happy. Delivery to Germany was extremely fast. Check their return policy before purchasing - they're responsible and fair so obviously you pay a few euros of shipping cost if you return.

I want to send trousers back because they do not fit. Now the odysee starts. One need to give you credit card information to buy a 6 € sticker for shipping costs. I can not use the offered "ideal", which is probably a system that works only for dutch people. When I ordered, I payed with paypal, that was no problem. But now you want my details. Cmon.

I do not have a problem at all paying the return myself. But this is just bad and leaves a bad taste as other people already wrote.

Additionally, every jeans ordered was single packed in plastic. Really - aren´t you pretendig to be sustainable?
