Chose this company for hosting because they had good customer service, but this has gone down over the past 2 years. Now the hosting of my site seems to be down more time than it is up with no explanation. Sad that a once good company has become so bad.

Problemas are solved fast, I use KVC almost 10 years now and I’m happy.

Too Much Slow Hosting.
I run Only One Website On Shared Hosting My Site Is Much Slow.

I've had a shared hosting account at KVChosting.net for few years now and I use it for websites that are not high priority, basically testing and stage websites or websites that I don't care that much about. I wouldn't recommend them for any serious hosting needs or your money websites.
Around once per month the website is down and I have to contact them to check what's going on. It's always something happening with the server. Every time I'm surprised that they don't have any kind of monitoring set in place or how nonchalant and unapologetic they are about these outages and server issues.
They are fast to reply initially, but dealing with them is quite frustrating. They are very cheap, just don't expect reliability.

This review is long in the tooth.

I've used KVC for only the last 6 months, but their professionalism, prompt responses and devotion to helping all their customers is amazing. They resolve almost any issue, hosting or dev related.

KVC is shady and corrept. They lie treat father as a donor and nothing more will lie to a judge put kids In place we're there are active abuse cases against the parent not one not two but 5 cases they have inside help from workers who have been friend with the other parent. Have ignored my request for a copy of my parent plan for over a year there was privacy violation over and over.. I can go on and on but will end this way I have 5 boys 2 I see all time 8 and 16 great relationship your parent lost 2 kids two the other father. But I keep it at that but one thing they didn't bank on is I have records of everything and it's just a matter of time before it's presented I'm a father who was treat less then one I didn't have the boys with me when they were taken it's been 5 months since I seen then but like I told them I'm not going anywhere and I'm far from scared of the corrept organization I make it my duty for all father's to stand up to everyone of them til they all are held accountable legally and never work with kids again parents are equal they should read the hand book better

Spams advertising on irrelevant websites. Shady marketing tactics - reselling a 2011 xeon for $90, are you serious?
Stay away. The other reviews seem sketchy and manipulated.

Bought hosting for a website from this company and went through without any hiccups. Fantastic service at a great price. Will deffo be transferring my other sites to them.

Great support. They patiently guided me through a tricky process quickly today, not for the first time. Highly recommended.

2 Big issues
Security: My CPANEL got hacked multiple times, My websites got hacked multiple times.
When I tried to login to my cpanel the recovery email was not mine, it happened 3 times.

Customer service: Worst customer service. The online chat representative always closes the chat ON purpose. I am also sure they temporary block the chat based on IP or whatever means they use.
Very useless customer service.

You get what you pay for.

A relatively novice client for 8 years with multiple accounts and websites. Very helpful. Great experience. Excellent response to occasional challenges that someone more experience probably wouldnt encounter.
