I have been hosting with KVCHosting for 8 years now. I first started with a Reseller Account, then upgraded to P1 Enterprise VPS and now on an S1 Dedicated Server. For the most part, I have enjoyed the experience with them. One thing I admire most is their responsiveness. I always get a reply to my support tickets in less than 30mins (within 10mins in most cases). The technical support team is very "supportive" and I have also gotten reasonable concessions from their billing department on some occasions. In all, the KVC team is courteous and their hosting service is fantastic.

The technical support is beyond belief!
