What transparency? I had to call you few times and ask about my winning. Only then you told me decision that I wont get the car.
Whole point of auction is to sell it to highest bidder, what you do is a complete bullsh1t.

I would rate the service as 3 out of 5. The post-auction communication could have been more proactive and clearer. Despite receiving an email indicating that I would be contacted, I had to take the initiative to call and send emails to clarify the process. It would be beneficial if the auction costs and deposit were transparently communicated during the auction. Additionally, there is still uncertainty regarding whether I need to return the plates. Improved and more transparent communication would enhance the overall experience.

Smooth and fast delivery
It was smooth from the beginning till the end of the process starting from bid and all the way to delivery. Since, it was my first vehicle buying a used one.I was bit worried to buy without a test drive. After talking to the kvd guys over the phone, I was very glad and got confidence. I really like to thank the one who talk to me and guided with the finance and suggested what to take and what not which made me very happy. On the day of delivery the staff in kvd were really helpful and answered all my query. Overall I couldn't find any area where I could point out. Great job and keep doing the same in future.
