Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible customer service in France. They don't even know how to write without grammar errors. They have no follow up, no consideration for their customers. I have never seen such a terrible customer experience in my life.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT BRAND

Kvik has been so far one of the worst purchase I have ever made and my biggest regret is not having trusted all the negativ comments about this brand and their franchises around the world.

I purchased my kitchen in June 2020 and opted for their paid "professional" installation service. What a disaster.

The kitchen was delivered in October 2020. Not only were many parts missing but they were also of very poor quality (IKEA in comparaison is high quality). Their so-called professional installer did a really bad job (he damaged some parts, none of his cuts are clean and straight).

We are now in March 2021 and:
- we still have not received the missing parts;
- the poor quality of the cabinets are more and more visible as the wood is starting to split, the wooden countertop is staining our walls;
- KVIK has left a giant kitchen cabinet right in the middle of our living room.

It is really a nightmare. We were very much looking forward to moving into this new appartment but thanks to KVIK it has become unbearable.

We are still waiting for them to finalize our kitchen but they have not taken any action so far.

If you are looking to purchase a kitchen, I highly recommend you do not purchase it from KVIK.

Poor Service at Kuune Belgium / Poor after sales service from their head office Denmark

We were very excited in the beginning - a reasonably price kitchen that is not IKEA! The showroom was nice and the salesman polite - but our issue started because we were misadvised about the size of the fridge/freezer to buy. Basically it doesn't fit the cupboard doors so it can not be integrated as any normal standard kitchen design. It has been over a year that we have been asking help to adapt the unit to at least solve the issue - We have got nowhere with either the store itself (who accused us of lying) and the head office doesn't care - they offered to sell us an ex-demo fridge that fits! Problem 2 - building the kitchen is so complicated, it is not like IKEA which we were told (by the Kuurne store) it was just as simple - it really isn't when & we called for help, it was a bother for them! Problem 3 the Jetstone work top isn't fit for purpose, it easily stains (even putting a wet mug down leaves a ring / not to mention wine or coffee!) As well as this it is bowed where the cut out for the sink is - Kuurne accused us of mistreating the top and not being clean! Basically after a year of trying we were sent a bottle of their own brand 'Cif' through the post!! Once they have you money they really do not care at all - Kvik are franchise so independently run, Kuurne Belgium are a cowboy outfit who really don't care. Maybe you might have a better chance at another Kvik store. In the future I won't be buying their products and today I certainly do not recommend them. I am also concerned that the guarantees they offer are not fit for purpose as they will try and get out of anything to avoid helping the customer. Avoid this company
