Overall the team I interacted with throughout out the process was professional and very understanding that transacting online is tricky in a sense, buyer are as suspicious on the product as the seller is on being able to get payment for the product. But your team I interacted with again was very understanding of my concerns through out the process. So, I give them a plus. However, time management is required. The delivery time and the process was not managed as best as it could have been managed.

Exception customer care and support. Commitment to providing quality and genuine products. No hidden charges products and services billed as advertised. Kweli staff are very professional and reachable on various platforms.
The digital ordering, processing and delivery are modern and exciting.
There's need for more training of delivery agents, and stringent measures for DStv installers and and equipment transporters who try to take advantage of customers by charging extra fees.
Overall, excellent service.
