Absolutely shocking service my husband arrived at the airport following our booking which included entry and exit fees and in all fairness I had messed up and booked a day shorter which incurred a £20 charge which we were fine about. The parking attendant started demanding the fee to be paid in cash without a receipt at which point my husband said ill pay on return but I need a receipt to prove he had handed the cash over. The guy then handed him the parking ticket to pay my husband paid this without knowing they were included in the price. When my husband landed he called me to tell me what had happened so I called up the company and ended up in an argument with the owner/manager who told me to not so politely to do one and if I didn't pay the £20 charge i wouldn't have my car back i explained i would pay £12.50 minus the £7.50 that had already been paid in exit fees. When my husband arrived back he told the guy on the phone he would pay when they brought the car as there was £12.50 in charge in the centre console as it was the change from a £20 note from paying the fee. They brought the car back handed my husband the ticket and sodded off when my husband checked they had taken the money from the centre console and then made him pay the exit fee again. My car had more mileage on than what is stated from the airport to the car parking. The car was in an absolute state with mud all over it but some not bright person had obviously taken a rag to my drivers side door and now I have a lovely circle of scratchs. My husband did call the manager in regards to the issues and he called my husband a piece of s**t and put the phone down. The police have been informed I would strongly advise not using this company they are clearly taking things without owner consent then abusing you because your not happy about the service provided. I have photos videos and phone call recording

Quick and efficient service both when dropping the car and collecting it: only a short wait for collection, even though the baggage handlers in Heathrow managed to get our bags into the hall before we had cleared immigration (a first for everything!). Happy to recommend and use again

Service was exactly as advised. The guys are pleasant and take care of your vehicle. No waiting for the car to handover, car ready when we returned. The emails contained all the information needed for a smooth handover on departure and arrival back in the UK. Highly recommend.

We were a bit wary, given the super low price compared to others, but turns out it was great value. Slight delay on drop off, but very quick and efficient on pick up. Small issue with payment was resolved quickly and professionally by Zubair from the team.

Great service, everything smooth. Didn’t have to wait long (maybe 3 mins) for our car on collection. Makes parking really convenient both drop off and collection.
When booking make sure you are clear if your booking includes the entry and exit fee, as we had to find proof when arriving to avoid paying for our parking ticket.

I recently used Kwikpark for a one-week trip to Greece, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The meet and greet service was smooth and seamless. I simply dropped off my car, handed over the keys, and they did a quick inspection.
