Was skeptical to order the jersey at first, wasn’t sure if the quality of the jersey were going to be good. But they exceeded my expectations!! Order was for adult mens league basketball and they were all impressed can’t beat the price neither. Will be ordering softball jersey in summer forsure!

I ordered expedited shipping and it still arrived two weeks late. The color on my blank jersey is a complete different color. The quality 1-10 it’s a 3. I emailed customer service and it was a headache he did not want to give me a refund. He said a partial refund but added to my store wallet. That’s not a refund. That’s store credit. On the website it said a 30 day window worry free.

Sent me a jacket that was different…
Sent me a jacket that was different from the description that I ordered and said it was there mistake but there idea to fix the issue was to offer me $10 dollars off on my next order(doesn't even cover the shipping fee)so basically I'm stuck with a jacket that is different colors from what I ordered and more and likely will never wear ,kinda a waste of approximately $70 dollars😞

Kxk shop has always been great to work with! Their prices are unbeatable. Their quality is nice. Their customer service is quick to respond and very thorough! They’ve made my vision come to life with both of my teams’ basketball uniforms! So far we’ve ordered two sets of uniforms (23/24 season and 24/25 season) plus warm up long sleeve shirts. I’ve been completely happy with all of them! We usually order 10-11 custom items at one time and we receive them within 2-3 weeks! Amazing for a custom order from a whole different country. The quality of the jersey was great. I ordered during the holidays and it took 17 days to receive it from China. I paid the extra for fast shipping. The product showed up a day before I needed it. Next time I will allow for extra time when ordering. I would definitely recommend these great looking jerseys. That's my honest experience.

Had made two orders. the first one came on time. The second order they said would come in 15-17 days, but its been 1 month and still hasn't arrived. It seems if you have a small order, they ship it by the cheapest way possible and do not follow the quoted 15 days
