I’ve ordered two Nike suits from TikTok Shop that sent me straight to Kierany website about four months ago and still didn’t receive anything. The meantime they put the note that item was delivered. After that when I tried to contact them through the Shop application they says I need to contact centre directly but email is not Rec recognised and nothing happens only failure sent email

I ordered 2 sweat suits in April 2025 its now Oct22 2025 & still haven't received my orders or refund or nothin they said something about inventory and that was the last i heard no replys or nothin gotta call my lawyer make way to newyork

Paid for the clothes. They have no communication skills. Multiple reviews on Instagram for being a scam business. I ordered this months ago and it still
haven’t been “ ready for shipment” yet. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Do not order worst place to order from worst customer service never received my order. Placed an order almost 3 months ago refused to give me a refund. Do not do it. I don’t know if it’s a scam or not, but they obviously scammed me just a heads up.

I am not the type of person to leave a negative review. I waited patiently before deciding to leave a review. My son was given this website by my nephew. I was leery about ordering from the site, but my nephew orders from here so I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order on June 28th. There was no update so I sent an email on July 11th. I didn't get a response to my email, but I did get an email on July 21st that part of my order is on the way. Per there website there is there is a 30 day return policy. So when I saw that, I sent a return request on July 22nd in the event the clothes didn't fit and no response to that email either. It is July 28th and I still have not received my order. Help me understand the 30 day return policy when the orders are shipped a month after you order them. I will be returning the merchandise regardless of the 30 day policy and if my order is not her by Friday, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the purchase.

I ordered two hoodies for my grandson back in March 2025. It is now July 28 of 2025 and I have never received the hoodies. I am now requesting a refund. I have communicated with their customer service online people who always respond immediately. But that’s a part of the scam to reassure you that the product is coming. The product is not coming. I was scammed. Do not order from these people. They do not have the products or they don’t send it to you. I should actually have zero stars. Not one. These are scam artists. And they attract young people my grandson saw the hoodies and asked if I would order and I said yes. So now I’m out $135.

worst online order of my life, ordered item and paid for expedited 5 day shipping. 3 months later the item arrived, not like the photos so i returned it. i was promised a refund. i paid shipping to return it and never received a refund after 6 months. i continue to email and no longer get replies.

I ordered a hoodie and sweat pants on May 10th. Thought I was helping a small and upcoming business, but obviously I was wrong. To date never received my order, never received a tracking number. But they sure got my money. I contacted them several times, emails go unanswered. They are scammers.

Never got my clothes after making an order in February. Delayed responses and fake promises.

Don't ever buy from this brand. I purchased a popular hoodie not too long ago that I have not received despite how long it has been. I emailed the brand to check on the tracking of my package. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no response. Not only that, but the listing photos stolen from a different brand, TimeloopVisionz. This store is a scam. Please do research and verify brands before buying.

Ordered the Hoody April 28,2025 today is May 25,2025 and still haven't received an Tracking or update on delivery. Once it does arrive I'm most definitely returning it for an Full refund Including my expedited fee!

They scammed me

There is not many clothing choices or options on the website but the only 5 are very clean. But don't get me started on the shipping. Yeah it's only 1 person operating the website but it's been a week and it's still "preparing shipment". I only hope I get my package and don't get scammed.
