Purchased 2 different pairs of shoes, one sandal and it was like walking on a cloud! So when I was ready for a new boot I check in with Kybun and ordered the Elm Taupe boot. This boot felt totally different than the first and I understand they’re different soles, however I contacted them again through email to see if these stiff boots would soften up with time…no response! Not many reviews online to see if customers could tell me more. So I called today and no answer can’t even leave a message! Then looked to send them back since they were too uncomfortable to wear, now they charge you the original shipping cost PLUS return costs what a scam! If they only responded to my email or answered the dang phone, I might have kept them. However, seeing their terrible customer service is just a warning of future purchases! I recommended these shoes to just about everyone in my 55 over community. Now I will suggest they stay away! These days money is tight for everyone especially seniors on fixed incomes! It took me awhile to pull the trigger on these boots! Do yourself a favor and find a company willing to take care of customers once purchased!
