Ordered the Matt lipstick

Ordered the Matt lipstick, the product is awful. I was so excited to be disappointed, rip off, waste of money. The quality is really bad, I literally had flakey bits on my lips from this product. Never buying again. Better off spending $2 on a lipgloss honestly!

kylie cosmetics is toxic 😹

i wouldnt buy anything from a liar who lies to her customers promising amazing results when she went and got plastic surgery. her lip kit isnt the best the colours dont look good or feel good. Shes also a terrible person and is a bully towards selena so i wouldnt support kylie at all.

The order I received was not what I had…

The order I received was not what I had ordered. Instead I received two lipsticks. I am very displeased and mad, this was my first time ordering from this company,I was very excited but now I feel annoyed and will never order again.. I'm still waiting for a response on this order

Received the wrong item

Received the wrong item. My packaging was dirty. Honestly was so disappointed I spent alot of money on my order and was so excited to receive it. The quality of the products are not good and definitely not worth the price! There are far cheaper products out there that are 10x better.

Ripped off

On February 14, 2023, there was sale going on for $10 lipstick. So I bought 13 lipsticks which I thought pretty good deals. It took me a day or two to get an email Order Confirmation that’s because I kept bombardare with my email. Then because of they processed my order a day after the sale was ended, they charged me with regular price. It’s not my fault and it was their problem to slowly process the order. Please be aware of their business! If this is how they run your company, sorry you just lose ONE customer.

The worst customer service I was…

The worst customer service I was waiting for my package almost 15 days after paying for it to be expedited come to find out FedEx said my package was empty. There was no product I ordered for lip glosses. They told me to contact Kylie, Jenner cosmetics. I emailed them seven times. I don’t know if their customer service email is automated all I kept getting was that it’s in transit explain to them how FedEx it to contact them because the package was empty. It was not going to get delivered and basically they just took my money and no product and no one is getting back.

Ordered online and got sent the wrong shade but no refund

I ordered a lipstick online, very light colour but they sent me such dark colored lipstick that it was obvious that the color didn't match the lipstick on the photo. I got in touch with them, they replied fast but said they don't do returns. I demanded a refund but did not get any response. They do not care about customers. Its a scam company, do not order from them online.

Lip gloss Leakage

I bought the Kylie clear lipgloss. I love the actual lipgloss but it was so expensive for a small bottle. And also the applicator is so big taking up a lot of the space in the bottle where there could be more product. The worst thing that I don’t like about it is that the bottle is continuously leaking while it’s standing upright and it’s wasted so much product that I could have used. Keep in mind I have not dropped the lipgloss and I keep on trying to find the cause of the leak but cannot find anything on the bottle that may be causing it. Don’t get me wrong, I love Kylie but the lipgloss problem is really disappointing.

This company is basically a scam

This company is basically a scam. They have a "no returns or refunds" policy, so unless you can PROVE that your items arrived defective, they will NOT give you a refund.

I placed an order in error and literally within 10 minutes I emailed them that I didn't mean to place it and wanted to cancel it. They said that "the order was already packed" (somehow?) and there was "nothing they could do."

What companies in 2022 aren't offering a refund for a simple misplaced order? What a scam. How hard is it to cancel my order and refund it when EVERY OTHER COMPANY somehow manages to do that (especially if the order was just placed).

So now I'll be getting some cosmetics I don't need. Thanks Kylie. Just another example of the rich penny-pinching the little guys.

Don’t bother buying the kylie lip kit…

Don’t bother buying the kylie lip kit it is not worth £19 when my nyx products perform better and don’t separate and dry your lips out… I will however praise the lip liners they are so creamy!!!! Amazing application. Do not buy into the hype you see around celebrity products.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. I've learned my lesson falling for the hype from this awful 'brand'. Lip liners came broken. Lipgloss was leaking and the concealer is as cheap as a drug store no brand. The customer service is awful when trying to get a resolution so I've given up. Wasted my money giving it to some pathetic desperate reality star instead of sticking to my usual reputable make up brands.

Avoid at all costs

First time Kylie customer. Pencils arrived broken so I sent a picture of the broken pencils. Both of them were broken. Apparently I have to send multiple pictures of boxes. Pencil box and packaging ( who keeps that) so they can get a code. I told them boxes were in no way damaged hence no picture supplied. I have had no reply since. I won't let the matter go as I'm not paying for faulty products, so i will post updates
Customer service is terrible.

Don't buy lip gloss!!
The lip gloss leaks throughout the bag despite several complaints.
It is also difficult to get a complaint through because this is so common.

According to employees at kicks Oslo city and kicks eger, this is completely normal and something everyone "knows". So unless you want your purse full of lip gloss…
