Pricing was GREAT for the product I recently purchased online that I received. It is easier to resolve issues through email then Ai chat and trying to get them on the phone. I feel that tkymakers.com is a reputable company and stands behind the products with support.

I have been a customer of KyMakers since 2022. I have found their Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems to be excellent. Furthermore, anytime I have had an issue, their support has been "First Rate." I recently had to reactivate some software and ran into a problem over the weekend. To my surprise, KyMakers responded and fixed me up. I didn't expect anyone to help on a weekend, but KyMakers were there. Absolutely brilliant.

I was unable to download the product. I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus for 5PC - Lifetime License Key. It would NOT install.

The download did not work at all. It did not leave an error message, just wouldn’t download. I followed all instructions to no avail. Company responded but will not give me a refund without a screen shot of the error message. There was no error message so I am out the money. My suggestion is do NOT buy from Kymakers

I've had great experiences with this company. I've purchased software from them twice. The first purchase went without issue. The second purchase I encountered a software activation issue with one of the products. Thankfully their customer supprt team was able to rectify the provlem within two days of contacting them. I'm really happy with the customer support service.
Overall, I've had very positive user experiences purchasing software products from Kymakers. They offer great pricing and they've shown exceptional customer suppot.

Excellent and responsive Custer service. Pricing and products met my needs.

Complicated install process requiring additional software plus an activation code. After all that, Microsoft advised code was already in use. I bought a key from another provider and was an easy install - no issues. Requested order to be cancelled and credit card charge reversed. No response, so Credit card dispute filed. Absolutely NOT recommended.
Edit 03/23/2026: Now received a full refund and an apology for my experience. All good but painful. Does not change my statements.

I found it difficult to download and install the writing software...I think a trouble shooting section should be added...Or more detailed directions with pictures

Best options and pricing for genuine Microsoft products available! I've used KYMakers many times in the past few years for all of my MS Office software needs because their products are genuine, delivery is fast, and their customer service is second to none!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a Windows 10 Pro N key back in December and after going back and forth with them for almost a month they forged an email showing I “received the key” (still not in my inbox) and purposefully took so long to respond that I couldn’t get a refund and dispute the charges (somehow my dispute got denied cause they “proved” they sent it????). I’m still in the process of fighting it in an email in MARCH! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

The license was invalid and couldn't be activated. I couldn't get any response from these folks. I gave up and bought it somewhere else. Four days later they sent another license number. Too late, I already got one. Obviously, no refund.
