Truly enjoy shopping here. The prices are reasonable, they're always having sales, and shipping is either free or cheap, and even the slowest shipping doesn't really take all the that long. The selection of merchandise they have are always just as pretty as in the pictures, a big difference from cheap crap that other stores sell you. I have spent a ton of money here and have zero regrets.

I have made several orders here, out of all the items received so far only one item was too small. I contacted customer service via email and within 24 hours they responded and were able to help process an exchange for a bigger size. As a repeat customer, I am satisfied!

all of the items were disappointing, lower quality than expected.
several items differed substantially from the items shown on the site. obvious details missing, some just completely different. poor sewing in places. badly placed straps on one top. cheap materials. i suspect they're selling cheap knockoffs.

customer service also bad. requested to return order for refund. basically been ignored aside from initial email acknowledging my request and promising to get back to me ASAP. it's been 4 days and 2 emails later now but nothings been done so im going though PayPal
