I received my order which was a…
I received my order which was a bracelet, the item was not the colour online and some parts of the bracelet didn't even have the hold colour on. It almost looked like someone has worn it for a while. I have requested to return the item since the 30th of Oct and was told to wait as they needed to review the request in the 4th of Dec I caused this again and was asked to provide my email requesting a return which I did and they have gone silent. I have emailed a few times after chasing this but absolutely nothing has happened. I will now be reporting this to trading standard and ombudsman as I cannot be chasing these forever. I feel like they are waiting until the 60days is over to say I can't return it anymore.
