I would not call it a scam. But they attract investors into their Diamond Vault with 0% tax deposit. However, if you want to withdraw, you need to pay 20%!
The selling process is a real pain. You have to sell it OTC (Over the Counter) and the buying volume is very low. It takes weeks before a sale can take place ....
