Can’t trust KyotoSoul
I ordered for two Kireina pants and received them properly. The problem was that the size I had ordered where two sizes to small so i wanted to Exchange these pants. Send an E mail with photo’s of the pants but never get an answer. No Phone number available to contact a service departement or something like that. Lost almost €100,-. Good job Kyoto soul.

Potential fraud
The product the company sent arrived in good time. However, it was really poor quality.
They have a 30 day money back guarantee and a sensible looking refund policy.
However, I have messaged them 6 times and have heard nothing back about where to send it.
I have given them final warning before I report them to my bank as fraud.
