Ordered a 3X shirt

Ordered a 3X shirt, received a 4X shirt (my order acknowledgement email clearly reflects that I ordered a 3X shirt). Company's return policy says to email them, but they will not answer or reply to emails regarding allowing me to exchange the unopened shirt for the same shirt in the right size.

ADDENDUM: After being alerted of my review here, the company emailed me back stating they were sending a replacement shirt in the size I ordered. I will update this review as to whether or not they come through.
