Arrived in great shape, easy to track, very happy.

I ordered a piano 3 weeks ago and transferred the money same day, you sent me an email confirming the the bank transfer. Your call center said me that the piano will arrive maximum in a week. I waited patiently. When I checked the tracking link I saw that it is waiting in germany for weeks. I called your ireland call center again they said they will conta6with the delivery company and the piano will arrive in a few days. But nothing changed. I could not buy my plane tickets for midterm holiday just because of this delivery and waited until last day. But still there was no progress. Your call center stuff told me that piano will arrive on 3rd of November and I said can't be at home since I have to go abroad for the holiday,than they asked me if my neighbors can recive it. Even I am a new neighbor I asked my neighbors to recive the delivery on Friday, and they accepted. To day I again checked the tracking link and it is still in Germany as unloaded! I wasted my neighbors all day for a delivery will not certainly come!

I am really regretting my decision to buy a piano from Kytary.ie. 3 weeks for a delivery and it seems it will be a month! What a shame and wasting time.

I will tell all my friends to stay away from Kytary.ie and I will comment all online platforms about your unresponsible behavior.

Absolute joke of a company. Stay well away! Wanted to modify my order, guy said no problem and emails me later stating my order had already been shipped! Not to mention the ridiculous shipping fee for small item that came in in a small bubble wrap envelope. Items were loose in the envelope, there was no packaging that would have asserted item’s provenance as described in the website.

Pretty good experience. There was something confusing about paying on the website but it worked out fine. Guitar was dispatched quickly and took a week to be delivered to Ireland. Packaging was only adequate. The guitar box was simply wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic. Nothing was damaged en route but I think an additional strong box would be better (as thoman does) the guitar was as described. Action was a bit high so I replaced the bridge with a bone one and lowered the action.

Great service and store. Kytary is based in the EU which means that from people buying from Ireland you don't get extra import taxes from the UK. I've bought a Fender Jazz Bass Ultra and the experience was great. The delivery partner is GLS and again amazing crowd. My arrived on mint condition as expected.

Hi to all at KYTARY, I honestly have no intention on giving fake feedback to any company, but honest and true to my experience shopping with you, from my very first order with of course I was very skeptical, but from the moment I firstly decided I would like to buy my first electronic drum kit DM210, I was kept up to date every step of the way till I recieved my parcel well packaged and clearly signed, I cannot reccomend staff management and sales enough for the excellent service I recieved,
this time round I had to give a 5 star rating to you but could have easily taken away 1 star, my order Ortega Ukulele RU5-CL
I recieved my parcel and all was OK until I connected it to my DAW, and my recording track showed no metre reading, I could not figure out why this was so, but I did hear and see a black and red wire move losely inside the sound hole, I said this looks like a battery cable, but where do the battery go, loosened all the 4 strings and I see a pouch velcro shut, opened this and out pops the 9v battery connected everything up plugged back into a track on my DAW and it worked,
my reason for saying all the above is there was no users leaflet in the box from Ortega and no where I could see anyway how to set my electric Uke up, wasted a lot of time having to figure this out for myself, but but I'm leaving you KYTARY with 5 stars, it's Ortega I think the blame is on here, I'm very happy with my first Ukulele from Ortega but a little disappointed with the lack user information

It was delayed then told delivery on 19th September

How can you not give tracking information on such an expensive product

Delivery was quicker than expected. Guitar arrived well packaged. Good communication from the beginning and the tracking app helped me to time the delivery so I could be home. Excellent service all round.
