I purchased a coffee table at a great price (best price on the market) and the quality was great, so good in fact, I purchased another a week later!

Ordered an egg chair. Came quickly and customer service in this regard was excellent. Arrived with missing parts and sent for next day recorded delivery. My only gripe was the caller expressing doubt as to what i was saying regarding missing parts and insisted upon a photo first of missing fixings (photo of part where fixings should have been attached). Would recommend having more trust and respect in customers as at the end of the day it is customers who keep businesses afloat and pay wages. Having said all of that would definitely order again as they resolved issue swiftly and without any further concern.

Ordered four white Starck inspired chairs. One of the chairs arrived damaged and customer services sorted it out immediately and apologised. A replacement was sent out and arrived within 48 hours. So polite and responsive. The chairs look fantastic and I would not hesitate to order anything from their lovely store in the future.
