Fast Delivery Quality Item
Placed an order on Tuesday lunchtime for a chair for our daughter for Christmas, the order was acknowledged and delivered by lunchtime on Wednesday. This is absolutely terrific service and the quality of the chair was excellent. Definitely going to be using La Maison Chic again, thank you.

Faulty bed-horrible costumer service
The bed was faulty,mold smell,even ruined my luxury mattress,my mattress has mold stains and stinks of mold.Slats made unprofessional,some pieces -are up,so when you sit or move on it,makes unpleasant sounds.I contacted company,to collect the bed,but they said,I signed delivery paper,so it,seemed like it was my fault,I couldn't identify faults on delivery date.Long,long e-mails, stressful time,they agreed to collect the bed,for 60£ and then,nobody came,and then they wanted to charge me 120& instead of 60£,even used a Klarna bank name,as they adviced them to do that.I contacted Klarna bank,they said-it is absolutely not truth.Avoid this company if you want good products,and piece of mind.

Please note, this is a popular bed and I can confirm that this has not happened before so I can only apologise. Delivery was fulfilled with full opening of the product and assembly of the item in the room of choice. Item was inspected on delivery and signed as fully satisfactory. No issues were raised on the delivery point and delivery team were provided with praising comments.
As we are a small family business, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns of items that were assembled, fully checked on delivery and accepted as satisfactory. Collection services are provided by our selected courier (collection time slot offered within 10 working days), alternatively you can use courier of your choice.
Item was inspected on return via our vigorous QC team and no issues were found.
We are sorry that you are frustrated at having to wait for your refund, we can see that you were informed via email that a refund would be processed in accordance with our T&C's and that it would be cleared back into your account within 14 days of the item being returned.
Thank you again for your feedback and we are genuinely sorry you weren't satisfied with our service.
