Worth it for the Bibs dummies
Products great but communication is sub-par at best.
Update: La Romi then emailed me, based on this review, trying to backtrack on their sloppy service and begging for an improvement on their review score. Not even worth it for the bibs dummies, order through amazon if at all to guarantee you'll actually get a decent service along with your products.

we got in touch as soon as we saw your message, we are a small family business that is working as hard as possible to cope with the demand that coronavirus has created. We receive hundreds of emails daily but we always try to resolve issues for customers and reply instantly.
It's disappointing to see that you aren't happy with the service, so much that you felt the need to write an update saying we begged for you to change your review; when in truth we just wanted to reassure you and explain the reasons there were delays, etc.
It seems very unfair to go out of your way to say we contacted you to backtrack your review, when contacting customers to explain situations and reassure them is in our option the most sensible thing to do.
