I have ordered from them twice in the past year. Shipment arrives faster than expected, no missing pieces, and overall quality either matches what you see in pictures, or is better. Remember, LAAM is not a clothing brand themselves, they are an online retail store for other brands. We should be very careful and do our own research when ordering a certain brand, and don't forget, you get what you pay for.
Some of the cheaper items I ordered, which were mostly for casual at home wear, were of lower quality, but I don't care, because they get a lot of wear and tear and then discarded. All the fancy dresses I ordered were good. Again, you get what you pay for. So if you are ordering a super fancy looking dress for $60, don't expect it to have the quality of a $300 dress.
What I love the most about LAAM is the variety and the choices in terms of variable budget.
One thing I wish, is that they offered stitching for some of the higher end brands. Most of the really good brands have unstitched pieces only.
Measurements are not according to specs when asked for refund communicated that you need to deliver parcel to us for refund and need to bear the shipping charges

Its your responsibility to inspect goods are according to client order and if mistakenly sent incorrect why client to pay return charges when it's your mistake

You cancelled part of my order without consulting with me in advance? The item you cancelled was my main requirement. I added other products to my order because I was already paying the shipping fee. Now I will not receive the main item j needed and instead I have just paid the flat shipping fee for no reason. Can you make immediate contact with me?
Further Update on 27th October:
It's wise to make contact with the customer BEFORE you despatch an order after you have cancelled any part of the order. No one consulted me prior to the order being dispatched to ask me if I wanted to select an alternative outfit after you cancelled the one I had ordered. That way I could have added a replacement to the same order. Honestly it's really straight forward to do that, you had my contact email already and it would have taken a minute. So now I have had to to and from with your customer service reps whose solution to this issue has been poor unfortunately. Please listen to your valued customers. We will come back to you fur future purchases if you have a fair and sensible approach to customer issues. I have received the order today but sadly there are two items that have arrived damaged and either need replacing at your convenience or reimbursing me. I have just sent Whatsapp images of the two items. If you can please find your way to responding within a sensible timescale that would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Oh dear, it gets worse. In order to return the damaged items or be refunded I have received a WhatsApp message from Laam customer services to Raise An Issue via my Laam account. Despite sharing the photos, order details and description of the damaged items with them immediately on receiving the goods, it's back to me to chase this! Not good at all, especially as the Raise an Issue is not an option available to customers online, I can't find it at all. Starting to get the feeling that the Laam customer service process is not really designed to resolve issues. Quite the opposite, as a customer you get the run around by Laam and in the end decide to give up. There is a lot of choice for customers to go to other online retailers. Laam you are losing income and customers - simple resolutions to this. Message me, I can give you some helpful tips and training for free on how to not lose customers 😔

My wife to be, was confused in her Mehndi dress. She couldn't like anything in the physical stores. I randomly searched on Google for Mehndi Dresses and found the Laam.pk which is a hub for multiple brands! I found multiple varieties under a single roof and showed to my family. They picked one. Now the tricky part was size, I just made them follow the size chart provided by the LAAM.PK and Akhrot (that is the sub brand under laam) in the hope, that it will be as per it. So, TBH we ordered in doubt whether the size and quality would be fit and great or not?! But we just received it and it was great! Really happy with the color, quality and stitching and everything!
My sister placed an order with laam. The order number is 20702774. My sister gifted these dresses and we paid COD in Pakistan.
LAAM IS FAKE. They approved the refund of one item but rejected the refund of the expensive item. They said they didn’t receive it. We sent the receipt of both parcels to them. No response.

The stitching is pathetic, the product material is very cheap quality and the item looks completely different from the pictures shown on their website. It’s disappointing to experience such poor service, especially from a brand with such a strong social media presence. After all this feedback given to them as they ignored my messages and offered only 25% compensation for outside PK customers. It was hard to image also how could anyone put those clothes on. I will I could upload the pictures of the dresses.

Worse worse worse customer service. The quality is poor. I gifted these dresses to my family in Pakistan and they paid COD in Pakistan. We.sent back my 2 dresses in 2 packages because i received them separately. They approved the refund of the cheap item but the item that cost 16k was rejected as they did receive.

I emailed them and messaged them on WhatsApp with the receipts and proofs and no one is answering me. I can attach here the proof of both receipts that I parceled them back both items but dont know how to attach here.
I will launch an official complaint regarding this money scam.

I ordered on this site and was very disappointed on arrival — the garments are uncomfortable and feel cheap. I contacted customer service on 17 September 2025, sent photos and a clear description of the problem, and asked for a full refund. Rather than resolving the refund, the company has repeatedly requested information I’ve already provided, causing unnecessary delay and hassle. On top of that, they have only agreed to give 15% of a refund meaning I am left without a wearable suit and down a lot of money!
This is especially frustrating because I want a straightforward refund for poor-quality goods. My sister only managed to get a refund after leaving a negative review, so I’m posting this to warn others and to request the company act now.

The clothes I ordered from Laam were a complete disaster. Not only did the wrong colour clothes arrive, but it was also way too late for the special black-themed family wedding I needed it for. The quality was subpar, and the customer service was slow and unhelpful in resolving the issue.
All they offered was a refund, which doesn't fix the ruined occasion. I'd advise shopping elsewhere if you need reliable and timely delivery of quality clothing.

I hope you are doing well. I recently received my order from Laam, but unfortunately, the product I received is not as described on your website.
The colour of the trouser is completely different from what was shown online — the website displayed a blue trouser matching the dupatta, but the one I received is the opposite colour.
Moreover, the embroidery on the shirt is damaged and partially removed, and the shirt fabric itself is also damaged. This was my first experience shopping from Laam, and I am quite disappointed as the product does not match the description or pictures.
However, I do appreciate that the delivery was on time and the packaging was fine.
Please process a return and refund for this order as soon as possible. I am attaching pictures of the received dress and its condition for your reference.

Most pathetic service and quality of clothes.i ordered 7itmes from their website and it cost me £400.i don't like quality of clothes and beads falling off and very bad stitching.i have been contacting them but they said they don't cater abroad customers. Then later they emailed me to send parcel back to Pakistan.parcel is back after spending £100 but no contact from their side where to send..about refund.i sent number of emails but still no reply.i asked them i will send you parcel in your outlet but they insisted to send some of your relative we will guide you later.i am so disappointed by laam team behaviour.

They tell you to contact them in regard to your query with your order number to customercare at laam.pk or by WhatsApp and their policy is to reply within 24 hours. I can tell you from personal experience that is a lie. Last time it took them over one week to reply to my initial question about an order. But that was it . Then they stopped responding again. Another week goes by, get a response after I queried them several times. It was incredibly frustrating. I recommend if you’re considering placing a large or important order from them, don’t. Look elsewhere. There are other retailers who are more responsive and transparent. They reply to all these reviews asking people to email them so they can fix it, when the review is complaining about no one responding to their complaints to the same email they supply in the first place. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money.

They give you wrong size and then you have to bear the cost and hassel of returning due their staff negligence.I ordered 2-3 years size for my son's clothes and they have send me 1-2 years. The customer care on whatsapp gave me just an automated reply in which the method he gave me to return, i cant find option of initiate return on my laam app. And why shall customer shall pay for courier charges for faulty products like this. The negligence has to bear by customer. Would never recommend to anyone

I ordered a dress from this website which looks absolutely nothing like the one shown on the website. The dress arrived a completely different color with terrible cheap quality. When I contacted them to complain they said they can't do anything and are refusing to give me a refund. I have never had a problem with any other website when it comes to ordering clothes until I tried this one. Avoid this website at all costs! Spend your money somewhere else.

Low quality fabrics. Stitching is poorly made and fittings are not according to the standard size dimensions. I have ordered 3 dresses from Haseen officials on LAAM website. The order was processed and delivered quickly to UK . After opening the package, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabrics also neither of these dresses fit me . They have been stitched so tightly that a medium sized dress actually fits a small sized person. The fabric material is cheap and lining was pathetic, stinky with old trunk smell. I have also ordered some earrings which were made of such heavy metals that it’s impossible to wear in human ears. Be aware they refuse to do any kind of international returns or refunds. When I contacted the customer service through Wotsapp I have got the same response. They also charged me 10£ as a shipping and customs cost. When I checked the delivery Note . They declared less than £70 value of goods for customs, Which means they didn’t pay anything for customs. I regret my decision to order from LAAM after watching the influencers videos who were modelling for these dresses. I forgot these influencers get free dresses for LAAM promotions but I have wasted my hard earned money . This was my first and Last order from LAAM. I won’t recommend it at all .
