Laam.pk sent me the same dress twice and charged me twice. After contacting them, I was asked to return the extra item for a refund.
I sent the dress back and provided the post office receipt as proof. Despite this, months have passed, and I have still not received my refund. Customer service now claims they never received the return.
This was their mistake, yet I am the one left out of pocket. Very disappointing experience and poor after-sales service.

Where do I even start, first time ordering from LAAM, was so excited to receive my parcel, although shipping was fast but what came out of the bag was shocking, a whole heap of sequins and beads fell out the bag which was meant to be a really nice soft and classy kameez. It looked like a child had sewn it, red marks throughout the whole outfit, cheap material and attachments missing. It was very upsetting to see that my hard earned money $150 had gone to this disgusting looking cheap as outfit. Complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a very low life way of making money. This website should really be looked into for their ways of ripping people off. I asked for a refund and was given $23 back from the $150 that I had payed. If any of you are reading this please for your sake and for the sake of your hard earned money don’t buy from this website, you will be disappointed like how I was. I only wish there was an option of putting photos up of the clothes that I received.

Poor customer service and misleading products. I received a replica item with different fabric and design than shown, and some suits advertised as 3-piece were incomplete. I followed all return steps and sent pictures, but every agent refused to help without listening. Extremely frustrating. Not recommended.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service experience with lamb.pk.
I contacted them regarding 2–3 items for a refund/exchange. One of the items I received was clearly a replica, with a totally different fabric and design than what was shown and described on their website. On top of that, some items were advertised as 3-piece suits, but I did NOT receive all 3 pieces.
I followed every procedure they asked for, including sending all required pictures multiple times. Despite this, my refund/return request was rejected repeatedly without proper explanation.
Communication was extremely frustrating. Every time I contacted them via WhatsApp or email, I was told to wait for an agent. I spoke to many different agents over more than a week and suddenly end chat without proper communication.
No one listens to explanations, no one asks questions, no proper communication, no calls — just copy-paste replies and sudden rejection messages claiming missing information even though everything had already been provided.
This feels like customers are deliberately ignored until they give up. Based on my experience, I do not recommend laam.pk
You won’t get what you see so don’t waste your money buy from Official Brand website!

Placed an order of 7 items. 2 white outfits had yellow oil stains on them. 3 outfits had bunched up seams, loose threads, and boxy fits. No other retailer in my experience has required pictures in order to process a refund, but I sent pictures anyway because it's required. Customer service came back saying pictures of the 3 outfits weren't clear enough to warrant a return (based on other reviews, this seems to be a standard response), and that they don't process returns for intl orders due to customs and logistics. If this return policy was clearly stated on the website, and not buried in their help centre, I would have never ordered in the first place. My order #20852621

By allowing your courier partner (UniUni) to provide falsified tracking data and close tickets without resolution, Laam is failing its own mission of providing a reliable, tech-driven shopping experience. As a loyal customer who has recommended Laam to many family members in the USA, this lack of accountability is deeply disappointing.
Logistics Failure Timeline:
• Dec 27: Courier claimed a delivery attempt at 2:24 PM; my security cameras prove no attempt was made, and the timestamp was inconsistent with local time.
• Dec 29: Laam Agent (AZ) confirmed my correct address (90 Murray Ave) was shared with the courier.
• Dec 31: I provided detailed delivery instructions directly to UniUni. They closed the ticket immediately without action.
• Jan 2: UniUni explicitly promised my delivery would be completed within 48 hours.
• Jan 2–4: The courier closed six separate support tickets for "Address Correction" and "Second Delivery" without making any attempt.

I ordered this suit because the pictures showed a thick and elegant fabric, but the material I received was very thin and completely different from what was displayed. The silk is so light that it becomes see-through and shows body lines and undergarments, which makes it uncomfortable to wear. The design is beautiful, but the fabric quality was not as expected. A lining should have been added or the product description should clearly mention how thin the material is.
The dress was right but it was printed not embroidered so please don't lie to your customers
The dress I received wasn't as per the pictures on the website and they decided to issue a refund after raising a complaint.
Overall experience with Laam is okay it's just that the seller named Sadia has not provided accurate pictures which helps us decide and improve the shopping experience

It's a better experience. I'll try it again but be careful about the brands on this site. If you have trust with that specific brand then order from LAAM. there are several brands in LAAM. Each has its own quality.

I ordered jeans from the website and it arrived in about 1 week to NZ. Had no issues so I don't have any experience with returns or customer service so I can't comment on that aspect, was a great experience altogether!

Liars who claim that they offer “easy returns”, I am currently trying to get a return and refund on 4 clothes which do not look good in real life, and they keep asking for photographs of the clothes, which is bizarre to me. I don’t like the clothes, they are a horrible cheap material, the style is awful, how do I show that in a photograph? They don’t understand that I am an extremely stubborn person and will not stop until I get a refund on all 4 outfits. I will get a charge back via my bank if I have to
